Welcome to Central Coast Catios! My name is Patrick, and I love cats, they're the pure magic. My wife Mariah and I are lifelong residents of the beautiful Central Coast. Over the years, We've had the pleasure of owning several small businesses in our vibrant community, ranging from window washing and Rental Management to paragliding and skydiving. Many locals might know us from one of our exciting ventures: creating the first escape room on the Central Coast. In fact, it was one of the very first in all of California! Although we’ve since moved on from that business, it continues to thrive under an amazing new owner. We also own an empowerment photography studio in Los Osos. We love customer service, it's what we focus on most!
Our journey into the world of catios began at home. With inspiration from The Catio Guy (if you haven't checked him out, you should! He's amazing, www.CatioGuy.com).
After building our own custom catio for our beloved cats, we witnessed firsthand how much joy and enrichment it brought to their lives. The overwhelmingly positive feedback from friends and neighbors made it clear that this was a much-needed service in our community. And so, Central Coast Catios was born!
I am fortunate to work alongside my wife, Mariah, in all the businesses we create. Mariah handles the logistics and customer support for Central Coast Catios, ensuring that every project runs smoothly and that our customers receive the best possible service. She's the best at what she does, and you'll know why the first time you talk with her! And yes, she LOVES cats too!

How does it work?
At Central Coast Catios, we design each catio from the ground up with you and your cats in mind. Our process is professional yet playful, ensuring a seamless experience for both you and your feline friends.

Initial Contact: We start by exchanging a couple of emails or calls to make sure our services are a purr-fect fit for you.

Complimentary Consultation: We'll schedule an in-person consultation at your convenience. During this visit, we'll gather your ideas, take measurements, and survey the space.

Custom Design & Quote: Within 2-4 business days, we'll provide you with a custom design and quote tailored to your space and your cats' needs.

Schedule Your Build: If you decide to proceed, we'll schedule your catio build at a time that works best for you.
